The console does have a chip taken out of the bottom case as you can see in the 7th photo. The top grate that the hard drive sits on when plugged in is also loose if you take the hard drive off, but it's perfectly fine as long as you leave the hard drive on the console.
The case has also been swapped so the serial numbers do not match on the back of the case and the motherboard, this doesn't affect anything functionality wise. but it is something to note.
