The Course on Christ

The school of Christ is about forming the character of Christ within the student. Many people are concerned about the powers of Christ and how they could gain such powers to do miracles. However, the healing of the body and that ability to see the future and read the past, which are some of the powers of the Christ, are actually the elementary things of the essence of Christ. Yes, the body could be healed through the power of Christ, but the body is what goes to the grave after death. This makes of all physical miracles temporary blessings. Yes, the power to read yesterday and tomorrow, which we call the power of prophecy or the gift of given words of knowledge and wisdom based on revelations from the Spirit of God, are also temporary in the sense that they could only help man walk on earth based on divine insight. However, when death comes, what is left of us? We are left only with our character. Our character determines our last destiny. The character of Christ is the only eternal blessing one must seek to have. And this is what this course focuses on. Read more
