Preowned condition. The are scuffs and wear on the hat. The lace on top of hat has a small stain? That may be seen if you take off hat and look for it in light at a certain angle. The adjustable sweat pad also has some tears. This has been sitting on a closet shelf for a while and may need a little dusting. These things never bothered us and the hat is so cool and very hard to find, but only your opinion matters so Please see pictures to determine if acceptable for you.
