Customizable carrying system The easy and individually adjustable Dry Back Custom carrying system comes with adjustable back length; shoulder strap, lumbar support and waist belt are anatomically shaped and padded. Adjustable straps also ensure an optimal fit on long distances and the pre-shaped hip fins guarantee that the strap fits perfectly and the weight is distributed well on your hips. Thanks to the lightweight construction, the backpack still has a low weight. With its padded EVA back and 3D ventilation channels, the Dry Back System supports air circulation and breathability – in summer as well as in winter – while the split shoulder straps ensure that this backpack offers plenty of freedom of movement despite its size. Focus Functionality The Trek Mate is made from lightweight, abrasion-resistant double-ripstop polyester and has a reinforced base. Large storage compartments provide plenty of space for changing clothes or the tent poles, and there is also a separate front compartment. Thanks to the front access, you can reach the main compartment quickly and easily. If necessary, the backpack can also be enlarged by an additional 5 litres of storage space thanks to the height-adjustable lid - super practical if you want to take a larger trekking tent, for example. Securely Attached Gear The Trek Mate features a protected zip pocket for valuables and various external attachment options for trekking poles and other equipment. Practical daisy chain loops and additional straps can be used e.g. B. to store a sleeping mat on the outside of the backpack, which provides more space inside. The Trek Mate can be combined with a hydration system as well as with the Salewa® bottle holder and smartphone bag. A rain cover is also available.
