Rancilio PTFE Heating Element Gasket
PTFE gasket that seals the heating element to the boiler on Rancilio machines, preventing water seepage around the element flange.
SPECIFICATIONS
- 65 x 47 x 1.5 mm
- PTFE construction
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: Rancilio boilers using this heating element flange
- Replaces: Rancilio part #36930012
INSTALLATION
Requires draining the boiler and removing the heating element, a job best suited to an experienced DIYer or technician.
PRO TIPS
- PTFE gaskets don't compress and re-seal the way rubber does, always install a fresh one when you pull the heating element rather than reusing the old gasket, even if it looks intact, or you risk a slow weep at the element flange.
- Snug the element bolts down evenly in a star/cross pattern rather than one side at a time, to keep the PTFE gasket compressing flat against the boiler face.
