This coastal influence keeps the wine's acidity fresh and zesty, and yields a delicious pour showing great aromatic intensity, luscious blackberry and boysenberry fruit, and enticing eastern spice notes. This was fermented with wild yeasts and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
