Here's Something you don't see to often. This item was made using the Northwood Peacocks on the Fence Mold. Said to be A Salesmans Sample Bowl. The exact details are still a bit cloudy. I've had this for years in my personal collection and decided it was time to let another inquisitive collector add it to their cabinet and wonder. It looks amazing next to the glass version. In all the years doing this I've only seen 1 other come up for sale. It wasn't an auction and sold for over $1200.
In the photos I've included a pik of a Northwood Carnival piece that shares the same mold. This beautiful brass wonder can be seen on David Boyds Carnival Glass Website in the Oddities Section. This is a very Unique Piece which one would be hard pressed to see another like it let alone possess in their Personal Collection.
Excellent Vintage Condition.
It's weighs in at a Hefty 3.4lbs and measures approx. 9" in diameter x 2.75" tall.
