6 pc set Vintage Japanese Maruhon Ware Tomato teapot-Bamboo Handle and 4 cups.
This is a 6-piece set of hand-painted Maruhon Ware lidded Tea Pot made in Japan and four small teacups. The handle does not fold down, it's as if the glaze on the handle is keeping it in place. There is a small nick/chip in the glaze at the end of the spout on the tea pot - see photo. The inside of the teacups have crazing, but are not cracked, as they were gently hand washed prior to photographing and no cracks were seen. One cup has a shallow spot but it is fully glazed and was made that way (you'll notice in the photos).

Teapot is 6.5" from handle to spout, 4" tall and height with the handle up is 6.5".
Teacups are 2.75" tall and 2 3/8" wide at cup's opening.
