Bought in Germany a decade ago for about €200 and never wore it. It's a three in one jacket, both parts can be separated, just wear the fleece, or the rain coat, or wear them together for a warm, perfect winter coat. The outside is rain resistant and amazing on windy days as I would consider it a wind breaker.
Sized at 3xl, but if you have a larger gut/beer belly it might fit more like a 2xl
