Decorative unclipped dust jacket has title and Indian village illustration on the front cover with a geometric design that wraps around to the rear cover. Jacket has wear, chips along the top and bottom, rubbing, age tanning on the inside but still displaying a fifty cents price. Matching image from the dust jacket is a full color pastedown on the front red cloth boards. Spine and boards in very good condition with only slight edgewear at the bottom of the spine, minimal rubbing to the rear board and a small nick in the cloth at the bottom of the rear board. Corners have no wear and are all sharp. Spine is straight, hinges are firmly attached to the decorative endpapers that have a host of animals displayed. Text block is solid, all pages are firmly attached. Light age tanning throughout. Book seller sticker on rear endpaper. The interior pages are clean with no tears, chips, or previous owner marks.
