A wonderfully whimsical pin set that features a gent trying to lead his donkey, but the animal is having none of it. Both of the pins are slightly domed in strategic areas, lending dimension to the hand stamped details. The gent measures 1 3/4" tall x 1" at the widest and is attached to the donkey by a 2 1/4" chain. The "stubborn mule" is 1 1/2" tall x 2" at the widest. Both have c-clasps and are marked on the reverse "Silver Mexico", with a combined weight of 12.9 grams. In very nice vintage condition.
